The Pemberton, Sorlie, Rufer & Kershner Law Firm and its predecessors have been practicing law, and serving all of Minnesota , along with eastern South and North Dakota for nearly 125 years. The firm was started in 1883 and is believed to be one of the oldest established law firms in Minnesota .
At the present time, we have 17 licensed and practicing attorneys at the 4 offices. Each attorney is committed to providing the highest quality legal services to the residents of the surrounding communities. All of the attorneys are licensed by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and some of the attorneys are licensed to practice law in the surrounding states as well.
To keep up to date on current changes in the legal system, all of the attorneys attend legal seminars each year, with many participating as mediators and presenters at both the state and national levels. |
