“I have been impressed with the quality of the professional relationship I have developed with Kristi…that means a lot to me! I have always been extremely pleased and satisfied with the service and assistance we receive from Kristi.”
“In 2012, there was an alleged bullying situation involving multiple students in our school district. After gathering information about the situation, Kristi recommended a course of action for our district, assisted with that course of action, and developed a plan for the future. This difficult situation would not have turned out as well had we not used Kristi.”
“We have received very competent professional service from Kristi and other Pemberton associates. The responses have always been timely and thorough. We have moved all of our legal work to Pemberton.”
“The degree of knowledge related to school law and operations is a main advantage. Also, the ability to work in a firm but positive manner has been the norm with Kristi. Her ability to earn the trust of all parties has been appreciated. In the area of contract negotiations, with Kristi’s help, we completed tough union contract negotiations in a couple evenings, rather than the two years the previous contract took to complete.”
