Traveling Administrative Assistant
Position Overview
The Traveling Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of Pemberton Law’s administrative support staff. This position offers the opportunity to work in each of the firm’s office locations, providing consistent administrative support across multiple teams. Primary responsibilities include organizing and maintaining client files and documents, providing reception coverage, completing errands and daily mail duties, and assisting with general office logistics. Position Information
- Location(s): Based in Pemberton Law’s Fergus Falls office, with travel to the firm’s offices in Alexandria, Detroit Lakes, and Wadena, Minnesota.
- Travel: Weekly travel between offices is required; mileage is reimbursed.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. equaling 37.5 hours per week.
- Hourly Wage: $17 - $19 per hour.
- Position Status: Permanent, full-time, hourly (non-exempt); non-supervisory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and lift or move file boxes as needed.

Essential Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain client files and documents.
- Provide reception coverage as needed.
- Run errands, process daily mail, and assist with general office logistics.
- Perform additional assignments as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- Reside in or near Fergus Falls, with the ability to commute to Alexandria, Detroit Lakes, and Wadena.
- Minimum of two years of general office experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in office locations, daily duties, and scheduling.
