Sue Ann Lind works in Pemberton
Law’s Wadena office and practices
family law including matters such as
divorce, child support, and custody. 
Sue also works in real estate law and
social security disability. 

After growing up in Wausau, Wisconsin,
Sue graduated from the University of
Minnesota in Minneapolis with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology
and Criminal Justice and a minor in
Speech Communications.  After earning
her undergraduate degree, she received
her Juris Doctorate from the University of
Wisconsin Law School in Madison,
Wisconsin in 1995.  Prior to joining
Pemberton Law, Sue worked for District
Court Judge Timothy J. Baland and Legal
Services of Northwest Minnesota. 

Professionally, Sue is a member of
the Minnesota State Bar Association
and the Seventh Judicial District Bar Association.  Sue also received the North Star Lawyer Award for providing pro bono services.  In her community, she is a member of the Wadena Area Volunteers and serves on the board of directors for the Wadena Deer Creek Education Foundation.  In the past, Sue served as the chairperson of the board of directors for the Wadena County Crisis and Referral Program and is a past board member for the Wadena County Developmental Achievement Center.  She also served as a past church council member for Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wadena. 

Sue and her family enjoy living in Wadena where they participate in family and community activities.
