What Nick's Clients Say

  • “Nick’s thoroughness, knowledge of estate planning laws and level of detail is incredibly impressive.  Most farmers and ranchers have not been through a review of their estate plan and so the experience can be quite intimidating.  Nick and his team offer thorough advice and add comments so clients feel comfortable.”

  • “I have been very satisfied with Mr. Heydt’s work and services.  He gave us excellent advice and when my husband passed away, I continued to receive help from him to work through the estate process.  He led me through until the end and helped me to understand everything and get things accomplished in a timely fashion.”

  • “I am very satisfied with Nick’s professionalism and promptness of getting the work done.  He was very honest when working with us and was able to get our work done within a few days.  I know everyone in the office works very hard.”

  • “I trust and depend on Nick for legal and estate planning issues.  Nick communicates well with clients of all ages.  He uses easy to understand language in conversation and listens to clients as they describe their needs and or wants.”
